Sovereign Noir LLC is an e-commerce company. We build our own consumer product brands, design and source the goods, sell them on our own websites, market them, and ship the orders. Revenue comes from selling physical products to customers, primarily in the United States.

We create our own brands
We invent the brand a product line will sell under: the name, the look, and the story. Each brand belongs to Sovereign Noir. We do not create brands for other companies.

We design the goods themselves, choose materials, work with manufacturers, approve samples, and check quality before anything is offered for sale.

We sell them on our own online stores
Customers buy from us on websites we own. They pay us, and we take the order. We do not sell through a marketplace we do not control.

We advertise our own products so customers can find them. That includes paid ads, content, and the pages people use when they are ready to buy.

We ship orders and support customers
We pack and ship the products, answer questions, and handle returns. An order is finished when the customer has the goods and any issue is resolved.

We open the online store, list the products, and start selling. Checkout, content, and the first campaigns go live together.

We take orders, ship them, answer customers, handle returns, and restock. Then we improve the next run from what people actually buy and say.

Jade Fine is a jewelry brand owned by Sovereign Noir. It sells gold and silver fashion jewelry directly to customers through its own online store.
This is a real product line we design, sell, and ship. Customers buy the jewelry from Jade Fine. Sovereign Noir is the company behind the brand.
