We measure ourselves on whether a customer would buy again, and on whether we would put our legal name on the packing slip. That standard rules out a lot of catalog we could otherwise ship, and we consider that a feature.
Sovereign Noir is the parent company. Jade Fine jewelry is the first brand. More consumer brands will launch over time, each selling physical products online directly to customers.

Materials, fit, finish, and copy are held to a written standard. If a product cannot meet it, it does not ship.
Stewardship
A customer who buys from us is owed a working product, a clear policy, and a human response. We treat that obligation as part of the product.
Restraint
We add a line when there is a reason. Catalog sprawl is a cost the customer eventually pays, in quality and in service.
Clarity
Legal name, address, email, and the terms of sale are published in plain language. Nothing about who we are, or how to reach us, is hidden.
